Who are these Sewing Queens, Anyway?
Queen Sue and Queen Caity are two enthusiastic sewists based in Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia. (We’ll write more here soon!)
Although she will readily confess to failing Sewing at High School, Queen Caity is forty something and has been sewing with various degrees of enthusiasm and competence since childhood.
She has a ridiculous number of sewing machines (which her husband is trying to reduce) but mainly sews on her Pfaff, known as The Goddess Pfaffalina.
Her favourite colours are pink and green. Oh, and purple! And blue! And red!
Her dream wardrobe would feature lots of arty originals, re-worked classics, an unlimited number of comfortable but stylish shoes, and many vintage handbags.
